THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS A MANDATORY ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES PROVISION THAT REQUIRES THE USE OF ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES, INSTEAD OF JURY TRIALS OR CLASS ACTIONS.

These governing law and jurisdiction provisions remain valid and enforceable even after the termination or expiration of this Agreement. This ensures that the choice of Indian law and jurisdiction continues to apply to any unresolved matters that may arise in connection with the use of Cramming by Arlarse.

10. Modifications to the Terms
